My alternate title for this post was "Ride Like a Girl", but I didn't want to get beat up. ;)

But seriously folks... learn to ride like these girls.

Is that a maneuver you learn in "Traffic Skills 101?" It makes a lot of sense and I'll remember it in case I ever get a chance to execute it.

BTW, I have occasionally been known to cycle while wearing my daughter's T Shirt that states "I ski like a girl - you got a problem with that?" Nobody felt compelled to beat me up over that.

Nope, TS101 is for solo riding. Even when the road test is done as a group, each individual makes decisions and executes maneuvers.

The BOBbies teach this in our 4-week pace line training program.

The principle applies when riding with one other person though, communicate and merge from the back.
