I would love to see stencils like that all over the place. Maybe not the corpse outlines though...
@Rantwick - I'm confused?
I'm guessing he means... "no bikes on the sidewalk"
I think he means "no RIDING bikes on the sidewalk." You'll note that the diagonal slash is through a RIDER on the sidewalk, not someone sociably walking their bike along the sidewalk.
